Important Notice for Customers Collecting Goods with Their Own Transport

Dear Customers,

We kindly inform you that as of January 1, 2026, the Clean Transport Zone (SCT) will be in effect in Kraków, introduced by the Kraków City Council resolution. These regulations may impact customers collecting ordered goods using their own vehicles or third-party transport companies (particularly international clients).

To ensure smooth and problem-free collection of goods, please note the following rules:

• All vehicles registered outside Poland must be registered in the SCT system before entering the zone, even if they meet the standards.
• Entry to the zone without additional fees is permitted only for vehicles meeting the required exhaust emission standards (EURO).
• Vehicles not meeting these standards may be required to pay an entry fee (hourly, daily, or subscription-based), in accordance with city regulations.
• Exemptions for Kraków residents do not apply to international customers.

We encourage you to check your vehicle's technical specifications in advance and complete any required formalities to avoid delays or extra costs on the collection day.

SCT fees in Kraków can be paid in several ways: online, at payment kiosks (strefomaty) located at gas stations, and at city cash desks.
